Time Magazine Person of the Year: The Protestor, what a crock of shit

I could not be more disgusted with Time Magazine or any publication than I am right now.  Yeah, Mubarak was a bad dude. Corrupt as they get, glad he’s gone, blah blah blah.  To include all these Occupy Wall St douche bags in this “Person of the Year” is complete bullshit.  The video of the kid above is EXACTLY why I hate these people.  This guy is just a publicity whore who wishes he were born in the 60s.  His own parents came out and told everyone that he was full of shit.  I interviewed a bunch of the Occupy Chicago people and none of them knew why they were there.  They just wanted to protest for the sake of protesting and they had nowhere else to be.  Now TIME is honoring these people.  You know what this is…one big participation trophy.  I bet these people are so proud that they are The Person of The Year.  Probably the biggest accomplishment of there lives since they got a trophy for finishing last at their 6th grade basketball tournament.  I am glad the weather is turning and these people will have to Occupy somewhere warm.

I leave you with Adam Carolla who perfectly sums up how I feel about this “movement”.  Listen to the whole thing.

You are totally over-reacting. Nearly all of the cover article is about the Arab Spring, and the cyclical-historical nature of street protest movements. I found it fascinating and informative. There’s only a few paragraphs about OWS in an EIGHT PAGE article! I guess you didn’t even look at the photo. It’s not a picture of an American protester.
