I am NEVER Paying for Parking Again

 

I hate paying for parking.  I spend so much time circling around the Lincoln Park Zoo looking for a free spot its not even funny.  This guy totally figured out how to beat the system.  Red Top Parking on Madison, I am coming for you this winter during the Blackhawks season.
